The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. From the moment we called to explain our delay to the moment we left, they were attentive and helpful. The front desk staff, Lauren and Brooke, were especially friendly and were great too assist us. The waiter in the dining area was fantastic, providing excellent service. The hotel rooms were generously sized and very clean, with great features such as a fridge and kettle. The hotel's event facilities were great, and the meals provided for the seminar were amazing. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to Bankstown airport and within easy reach of concerts at Olympic Park and other shops in the suburbs.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of casual eateries and dining areas nearby. The service here was outstanding, from the helpful receptionist to the friendly security guard. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. Convenient location near a mall and takeaway places. Despite facing a main street, the room was surprisingly quiet, awesome for a peaceful stay. the cleanliness of the room was commendable, except for the curtains which were a bit dusty.
